    We have support teams in the USA and UK.
  • For which language(s) is support available?
    Our support team is composed of native English speakers. If you need to submit an issue in another language, we will use Google Translate to assist as best as we can.
SLA
  • Do you offer an SLA?
    If you organization requires an SLA from 3rd party vendors, please contact us to discuss your requirements.
  • Do you offer escalated support?
    Ticket support priority is based soley on the ticket severity level (Low, Medium, or High).
