No. Operating Lizmap in a Cluster is no different than a single Lizmap instance. You access Lizmap, load data, add extensions, etc... as you normally would. The secondary instances run in the background.
Yes, you can add or remove Lizmap instances at any time.

By default, we provision your service using a random sub-domain. You can then update this to any domain or sub domain you wish to use.
We provision the latest stable release of Lizmap for each order.
