- Optionally run File → Compile Report first if you want to validate compilation in place.
Result¶
JRXML and Jasper files are written to the location you chose. These artifacts are suitable for deployment workflows used by your Report Server administrators.
Tips¶
Tip
Keep map and database connection display names consistent with Report Server connection names when maps or data sources must resolve on the server.
Note
Exporting JRXML is different from Preview. Preview shows a PDF inside Report Studio; Export produces files on disk.
